Dangerous Situation 

Rule 6-8b When play is suspended, players who are between the play of two holes or are in the process of playing a hole, must immediately discontinue play and must not thereafter resume play until the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Rules Committee has ordered the resumption of play. All Practice facilities are deemed to be closed and will remain closed until the Committee has declared them open for use. Penalty for breach of this rule is disqualification.
